Wastewater Treatment

Design Stage

Our project engineering team conducts a reconnaissance survey of the problem and existing facilities, They compiles all available data and collects samples. These samples are analysed at our analytical laboratory. Based on these data we may run a pilot plant in our research laboratory. Based on our observations, a proposal is submitted to the client with a detailed slide presentation by our experts. After the approval we will prepare detailed design and drawings.

Installation & Commissioning

Our material management team sources the best available material and bought outs from the market. Fabrication and assembly is carried out by our engineering wing (Global Services) with strict quality control and under safety norms. Technicians and labourers of Global Services are specialised in this field. Our project engineer will supervise the entire stages of installation. Commissioning too is quite speedy and testing is carried out by our environmental chemists.

Monitoring

Our engineering service team will conduct periodic visits during the warrantee period for providing further guidance to the users and free servicing of the plant.
Samples are drawn and tested as needed during the warrantee period.
Our training department will conduct training for the user, consists of class room sessions with well designed audio visuals, handouts and hands on training for operators at the wastewater treatment plant.
